Formerly of the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Tony Keane has significant not-for-profit association experience. Keane served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Optical Society of America in Washington, D.C. for the past 1.5 years. Appointment effective August 1, 2005.
